I thrive outdoors and am inspired to explore all that it offers including the majestic River Wye, which starts in the Cambrian Mountains in Wales. Here the high hills feed wild and gently flowing waters and as I basher, wild camp, swim and explore it's tributaries and the entire length of its main channel I'm reminded of the ever present 'Rhythm Outdoors'. It's a perpetual pulse that I'd like to share with you here.
