I'm a [very] amateur photographer with an endless fascination and love for wildlife, nature and conservation. I photograph either with my battered old Olympus Pen E-PL1, or my iPhone SE. I'm based in the Midlands, UK, and try & spend as much of my spare time as possible out in green spaces and connecting with nature.

In 2015, I was diagnosed with Hodgkin Lymphoma at the age of 23. During this time I volunteered with the RSPB and picked up my new hobby of wildlife photography, which I document on my Instagram page (@Lucy_Lapwing). From this time I have become an avid believer in ‘green prescriptions’, and I'm super passionate about the positive effects engaging with nature has on both your mental and physical wellbeing!
