passions for music keeps me young, books make me think, people make me alive, travel makes me wise (reputedly) and food and drink just make me fat (and happy).

developed a love of reggae in the cellars in west of london before we learned to distrust one another for far too trivial reasons and have never grown out of it, some might say up....and the rest is history...but a living history.....
