My name is Markus Messner and I’m living in Stuttgart, Germany. I started photographing sometime in 2010, but it picked up pace in 2013. Since then, taking pictures became a big part of my life. What was more like a „point and shoot-style” at the beginning turned into a very calm “get your tripod out and think about your shot” way of photographing.

The subjects are usually architecture and landscapes. Famous buildings, glittering facades of skyscrapers and world-famous skylines on the one side, on the other the calmness and sublimity of nature, fierce waterfalls and untouched landscapes. All around the world but always subjects for which I can really inspire myself.
