Semi-retired design engineer working to get back into photography.

Started with 35mm then medium-format cameras - 30 years ago.

Been working with digital for a few years and am starting to fully understand it. It is different, the dynamic range is not quite as wide as with film - but the bodies are coming along nicely.

I have been a Canon shooter for over 40 years, nor I have put down my Canon 5DSr and 5DIII in favor of a Nikon D850.

The D850 is what I have been telling Canon to go after for some time.

Its a great body.

I am currently in a 'waterfall' phase and am travelling to shoot specific waterfalls during certain times of the year.
