I am an avid hiker and amateur naturalist who loves the outdoors. My long term goal is to see all of the national parks in the United States. My short term goal is to explore local(ish) and see every state park, accessible natural area, wildlife refuge, etc. in North Carolina. While I'm working on these goals, I also end up visiting other locations, and at all times, I'm looking for flora and fauna I haven't seen yet.
