Hi, I'm Jenny and new to Flickr although I've been looking from the outside for many years, I wished I'd joined up then and I don'y know why I didn't. Anyway, I'm here now and feels like home.

I'm a transvestite and have been crossdressing on and off since I was 8 years old. There have been many years when I haven't dressed at all and so many clothes purges that I have lost count. My earliest memories when I was 5 of being obsessed by the thick blue tights the girls wore to school and I told my mum that I wanted to wear them. By about 8 or 9 I was wearing items of my mother's clothes around the house whilst she was out.

I'm now completely comfortable with who I am but it has taken until now to get to this stage following years of anxiety. Society is more accepting of the whole transgender spectrum these days which makes it easier for younger people to express themselves, owe to be young again!
