“Where light and shadow meet, magic arises”.

As a child, I spend hours staring at photos, slides, and pictures in magazines. Afterwards, I'd take my own photos with a simple analog camera, capturing fun vacation snapshots and "my wonders" in nature. For myself, my family, and who knows, perhaps eternity. What a joy it was to pick up that envelope of photos and negatives from the photo shop in town. Did they turn out well, are they sharp, and what's the colour like?

Photography, however, remained a sideshow over the years, even when analog became digital and the possibilities seemed limitless. The first digital SLR camera was only rarely taken out of the closet, taking photos in automatic mode, while the desire to truly pursue photography felt like a hunger that needed to be satisfied. I wish everyone the courage to take the plunge. Courses, workshops, and exhibitions have opened up not one, but countless worlds of photography for me. The camera has become a special friend; photography has enriched my life immensely.

While I'm busy with numbers in my daily work, photography allows me to express my creativity, and my focus is literally different. I relax, and that's the foundation for a calm, relaxed photoshoot where everyone can be themselves, allowing me to capture beautiful memories in the perfect way and at the right moment.

Still life/product photography is a quest for the right composition, light, and atmosphere. Sometimes you're aiming straight for the target, other times you're constantly adjusting until everything comes together and the image looks as if it's always been there.
