UPDATE WEDNESDAY 27TH NOVEMBER 2019 <3

SORRY ITS LONG BUT ITS VERY SPECIAL AND IMPORTANT TO ME SO IF YOU LIKE AND WANT TO GET TO UNDERSTAND ME AND HOW I FELT ETC PLEASE READ BELOW, IF YOU SO WISH <3

So a massive afternoon/evening, due to work commitments it took me some time to sort out, but a big ty to my youngest son for covering me.

Why was it special then ? well for me this was a very massive thing and step to take first time since 1995 yes some 24 years ago when i last fully dressed up and went out to Bristol with my wife in public.

So this afternoon was all about pampering myself in the bath, finger and toe nails painted, make up put on as nicely as i could, then slipped into my black Bra inserted my 42 DDS, then slipped on my new Shein lace french knickers/cami top wow so sensual and feminine is an understatement, then a new black below the knee skirt from Asda, with a new black with animal print pussy bow blouse from Shein, with new pair of beautiful new look leopard print and black patent contrast high heels, finished with pearl earrings and necklace,rings and bracelets and toe rings, and to finish the look a new wig from Koko designs a golden blonde bob with fringe, making me feel from inside to out the beautiful lady i want and know i can be, then i slipped on a new Hounds tooth coat, and lovely big black patent handbag :) this whole style of look is like nothing i have tried or properly done before so it really was/is a new look/style added to me.

Now all dressed up but with nowhere to go, mmmm well not exactly a huge ty goes out to the lovely Miss Annabel Hobbs, for listening to me answering some questions and putting me in touch with the right person to help me achieve what i wanted to do, it really means so much to me the kindness Annabel showed hugs to you hun <3

so this leads me to some 24 years later all now dressed and ready, slips my flat shoes on to drive thru the forest and take some massive Sophie-Marie steps kind of in the big wide world and definitely some big firsts for me :)

arrives at my destination and did not really feel that nervous at all, gets out the car put my coat on slipped into my nice heels and took my first steps towards the entrance to the Lyndhurst community centre for the monthly Transgender Friends meet up, felt so nice to be out feeling so at one happy and nice oh and hearing those heels clicking as i walked he he,

Entered the doorway and was met by one of the ladies who helps run it who i had been put in touch with by Annabel, the lady was amazing and made me feel so welcome, at this point i could feel my hands and body trembling a bit, surprised no one heard the old knees knocking lol.

But as i was shown around within a couple minutes i could feel the shakes stop and i felt so totally at home and comfortable with the steps i was taking, a feeling i cant really put into full words, very emotional in the most beautiful way, i was taken into the main hall where there is a disco and low music playing and lots of very gorgeous ladies already there looking so amazing and wearing some very pretty outfits and footwear, having a great love for ladies heels flats sandals boots etc some really caught my eye i was like wow, the most lovely thing was seeing so many ladies like me doing and being who and how they want to be as individuals but part of a big family.

So doing this was a first going there and kind of like a first time out again after so long, and a huge first meeting a group of lovely ladies like me, i was introduced to some ladies sat round a table and half i have forgotten names already as so much to take in etc, but they were all just so friendly and chatty and made me feel welcome and really like i was home and been going for some time, it was lovely seeing pictures on a screen being slide shown of over the years.

As the night went on and i had chatted with ladies which was really special, i went into the more peaceful room and chilled met the lovely Linda and Evelyn who i know from Flickr was chatting with Linda for ages along with others there and then just before we all headed our separate ways Linda took some photos of me alone, then with Evelyn and then had some with her, i was like so short stood next to her bless but was lovely to actually meet, she is just like she is on flickr and i said how much i had seen her change in the most beautiful way the past few months.

For me the whole afternoon getting ready and attending this meet apart from a few things in life the normal kids grandchildren etc, is up there with one of the most special amazing moments and things i have done, yes as work allows i will be going again and hope to try and sort something out so i can go more often <3 i now realise that i made the right choice taking this step and who knows in the future where my steps or how they will lead and go, but its nice to know i am as valid as a lady as anyone of them that attends it, yes we are all so very different but we are all just trying to be ourselves, and trust me i always try to be as true to me as i possibly can and know i can be who and how i want and feel so happy and blessed that i can be lil Miss Sophie-Marie,
