I use the Canon EOS R7 with the Canon RF 100-500mm F/4.5-7.1 L IS USM and the Sigma 105 mm 1:2.8 DG Macro OS HSM. Before I have used Canon EOS 7D II with 100-400 mm 4.5/5.6 L IS USM + Canon Extender 1.4 III and the Sigma Macrolens.
