George P. Lesnansky, Jr. has been teaching since 1989 and has spent his career playing with gizmos and gadgets and the latest technological stuff he could get find.

Mr. Lesnansky graduated from Youngstown Chaney High School in 1984 and is a Cum Laude Graduate of Youngstown State University in 1989 with a Bachelor of Science in Education with Teaching Certification in Mathematics and Speech Communication. His first teaching job was in the Youngstown City Schools at Woodrow Wilson High School were he taught Mathematics and was Head Girls' Volleyball Coach. From there he moved to Adams Junior High School and on to The Rayen School where he continued to teach Mathematics and also was Head Coach for the Boys' Baseball Team.

After earning a Master of Education in Instructional Technology at Kent State University (with a Library Media Certificate) in December 1997, he was hired by the Brookfield Local Schools to serve as Library Media Specialist at Brookfield High School and later both the high school and Brookfield Middle School. In Brookfield, Mr. Lesnansky has also taught Mathematics, advised the YSU English Festival Participants, supervised WBHS, "Warrior TV" and served as Boys' Bowling Coach. Currently Mr. Lesnansky teaches at both BHS and BMS and has students in Grades 5-12 in Computers and Technology including classes in Web Design and Desktop Publishing.

Mr. Lesnansky is married (to his high school sweetheart, Judi - May 18, 1991) and together they have four children and two dogs. He is also a member of the Springfield Oldtimers Baseball Team and The Cathedral of Saint Columba and very much enjoys travel, photography, cooking (especially grilling over Kingsford charcoal), baseball, computers and rollerskating.
