Capt. Martin Lloyd Sanders, Ph.D., is a Public Health Professional and an expert in biological safety and security. He has used his skills in his involvement in resolving biosafety and biosecurity issues both in the U.S. and abroad. Also a multi-awarded U.S. Army veteran, he received the 2007 Derek Dunn Memorial Scientist Officer of the Year award. He is currently the Director of Safety, Environmental Compliance and Emergency Management in Federal Occupational Health (FOH/PSC).
