Born and raised in Michigan (Go Lions-Tigers-Pistons-Red Wings) and dragged kicking and screaming to Texas at age 12. The place has grown on me since then - but I still can't stomach the Dallas Cowboys ;-)

A career airline mechanic since 1980, semi-professional aviation artist since 1978 and 'armchair historian' for as long as I can remember. Blissfully married to my bride since 1989 and blessed with two fine young men.
