Having rekindled my passion for photography, I am now focusing on the combination of a modern mirrorless camera and a series of vintage manual lenses from the late 1960s and early 1970s. The marriage of technology from different era’s, as well as shooting manually without IBIS, has slowed down the process of taking a photo making me more thoughtful in what I am doing. Whilst I miss shots and sometimes my photos aren’t as sharp as I would like, I do feel more connected to my camera, making the time when I do nail the shot more rewarding.
