I'm very much new to photography, only having been doing it for less than a year, yet I already have a tremendous love for it. I shoot Nikon, though that may change. Wildlife and macro are two styles I tend to work with the most, though mainly because I have no human models, maybe at some point I'll find some.

I'm from New Orleans and while it's a great city for photography it's not so great for aesthetically pleasing nature shots. Sure, there are some, but it's mainly flat, brown/green plants, muddy swamps and hot humid weather. Fortunately there is an abundance of bird species here from hawks to spoonbills and beyond. Hopefully I'll be able to capture some of them as the seasons change.
