No fancy cameras and completely self taught. I fell in love with the first digital camera I picked up back in 2007. My dream is to travel around the world with all cameras of my choosing and live life to its fullest!

Tamashii is the purest and most raw expression from deep within the soul or spirit, having no mental or physical past or future thought or preparation behind it. It is an open and honest expression of the ‘here and now’.

“Tamashii” means “Soul” or “Spirit” and is used in many subtle ways in Japanese poetry and song. The deeper meaning behind Tamashii has far greater significance for the Japanese and means the purest and most expressive part of the Soul.

"Miru" means, "see" in Japanese. I use the combination of Miru & Tamashii

to represent really SEEING a person ~ like in the movie Avatar, "I see you". Miru Tamashii is my way of saying, I see you...
