Hi, my name is Michael, born in Denmark. My passion for photography began in 1979, mostly using slide film. Since 2010, I've mainly been making digital photos. It is appealing to translate & create a picture of what something causes in me either emotionally, mentally or perhaps even at a deeper level. I foremost make photos to my own satisfaction, preferably only using available light, and being outdoors is healing too. I hope you'll enjoy some of them...like anyone else (I hope) I consider myself on an exploratory journey. These pictures are an ongoing expression of moments of inspiration, gratitude & fascination; to capture some of the great universal/human/daily wonders or experiences in life. The photos are not aimed at 21st Century perfection...rather an intimate glimpse of a single moment. I'm constantly learning new things about life - may the right light enhance!
