I have been interested in photography most of my life; but the instant feedback of the digital era really helped me develop better skills as a wildlife photographer. Of course I am still developing those skills; but since retirement, I have had more time to be in the field. Post-capture processing has also been an uphill climb; but thanks to lots of practice and timely input from knowledgeable friends; I am finding that task less arduous!

I am new to Flickr and relatively new to 500px. The bulk of my early posts have been to PBase. Moving forward, there will be fewer posts to PBase and I will be focusing on the higher image quality capabilities of Flickr and 500px.
