I was born and raised in Brazil and have lived in the United States for the past 10 years. I am fluent in Portuguese, Spanish and English.

Currently I am a Certified Administrator in the use of the Salesforce cloud platform. In addition I consult for Google evaluating the accuracy and quality of their online advertising. Prior to this I obtained a degree in Sound Engineering from Ex’pression College of Digital Arts in the Bay Area.

My passion for music is fed by my interest in formulas and mathematical thinking; this in turn, has led me to find my place in both tech support and quality control. I rise to the challenge of helping people resolve complex computer problems with a minimal amount of emotional stress. I find that doing this work successfully draws upon my helpful nature, intellectual creativity and my scholastic training in systems logic.
