Started fotographing as an amateur 40 years ago, of course on diapositives films. Used Nikon and Hasselblad equipment. Especially inspired by Anselm Adams, his images and his books. Tried for some time to work with the Adams System, including a own b/w lab.

In young years, I took part in speleological explorations and made quite some images underground and underwater.

As my profession for 25 years , I produced computer animations and scientific films with my own company.

After retiring, I now intensivate again fotography and started with new Sony equipment.
