Michael Cravens is an amateur photographer who has had a fascination with natural history and wildlife since early childhood. Michael holds a degree in ecology from Southeast Missouri State University and has worked in many aspects of natural history and biology. His passion for seeking out and observing herpetofauna in the wild is as strong today as it was when he was a boy growing up in the Missouri Ozarks. This same passion has taken him across North America and abroad on many adventures.
