My day job involves all that geeky computer stuff, so in my non-work time I have the need to express some creativity. My husband and I love to take in the scenery near where we live, so hiking, camping and day trips are always on our schedule. I love taking photos of the outdoors and closeups of flowers.

One of my outlets for expressing my creativity is jewelry making. I've combined the computer geek in me with the jewelry making and have created a website to show off some of my wares. It can be found here:

I'm also an avid tea drinker. I think I've tried just about every tea that Celestial Seasonings makes. I'm fortunate to live just 45 min from their main plant and so I've taken the tour. It's amazing how such a small facility can put out so many wonderful teas!

When I get spare time, I try to read the many fiction books that have been written.
