My name's Bec and I'm an avid photographer. I'm not a professional and don't pretend to be, but I do love taking photos and learning skills and techniques to make them even better. I live in Victoria, Australia, and live by the Aussie code of sun, surf and sand. I love taking photos of nature, especially the beach and the ocean, but anything beautiful or anything that catches my eye, I'll take a photo of. I nearly always have my camera, a 7.1MP Pentax Optio E30, and love to take photos of nature, landscapes, animals, sunrise/sunsets, statues (stone angels, etc) and old things - buildings, farms, structures etc.

Other than photography, my passions and interests are television (fandoms!), art, horse riding, travelling, animals, and the beach. I also have an obsession with American things - Starbucks coffee, Converse sneakers etc.

I also have a personal journal, which is on LiveJournal. The profile and some posts are open to anyone to read, but most are friends locked. Of course, I'm happy to add friends, just give me a shout!
