Green Dragons are Ljubljana's football club supporters that were formed in 1988, the first match of the group was in the fall of that year against NK Priština, and that's when the banner with the name "Green Dragons" appeared for the first time. In the first years, they were only present at football matches of NK Olimpija, but in the early 90' they also started attending hockey matches of HK Olimpija and basketball matches of KK Olimpija.

After the placement of NK Olimpija in the first Yugoslav league, the group began to grow. New banners were appearing more frequently, new branches were formed (Črnuče, Bežigrad, Šiška, Vič), and derbies with the Big Four clubs (Crvena Zvezda, Partizan, Hajduk and Dinamo) were approaching. When Slovenia gained independence, they shifted to the local environment.

Green Dragons (slovensko Zeleni zmaji) so Ljubljanska navijaška skupina, ki je bila ustanovljena leta 1988, prva tekma navijaške skupine je bila jeseni tega leta proti NK Priština, tedaj se je prvič tudi pojavil transparent z imenom »Green Dragons«. V prvih letih so bili prisotni le na nogometnih tekmah NK Olimpija, v začetku devetdesetih let pa so začeli obiskovati tudi hokejske tekme HK Olimpija in košarkarske tekme KK Olimpija.

Po uvrstitvi NK Olimpija v prvo Jugoslovansko ligo se je skupina začela večati. Pojavljali so se vedno novi transparenti, organizirale so se podružnice (Črnuče, Bežigrad, Šiška, Vič), bližali pa so se tudi derbiji s klubi velike četverice (Crvena Zvezda, Partizan, Hajduk in Dinamo). Ob osamosvojitvi Slovenije so se preusmerili v lokalno okolje.
