Rachepache and I starting our PAD project at the same time and I think this was the reason I first started looking out for her shots. Then she hit Explore, then did it again and again and again; and I within a week or two of starting the new year it became clear we had a talent in our midst. She has an eye for what makes a great photo and has a quirkiness that means she can take the ordinary and make it memorable. In life it's always good to align yourself with someone who is in a similar position to you, but who does things better than you - that way you can hope that some of the skill and techniques rubs off on you. Rache is one of those people for me on PAD.
