The Friends of the Albury Botanic Gardens volunteer their time to promote the value of the Albury Botanic Gardens to the community. Botanic Gardens internationally are promoting conservation, recreation, science and education. The Friends raise funds to sponsor various projects from the Albury Botanic Gardens (ABG) Conservation and Management Plan 1998. These include the Children's Garden, Rose Garden, Picnic in the Gardens and Music in the Gardens events.
