Opportunity@Work is a not-for-profit social venture organized to partner effectively with new and existing enterprises to catalyze the creation of a better “operating system” for the U.S. labor market that enables students, workers, job seekers, employers, and providers of education and training for job skills to invest their time and resources more effectively.

This operating system, focused first on information technology jobs, will result in improved access and usefulness of information, incentives better aligned to inclusive opportunity and the fuller realization of all talents, and supportive institutions able to adapt to changing technology needs and opportunities.
