I used to have a flickr account under the name "loveetak"...however, yahoo deleted my access to the email address due to inactivity so I have created a new account from scratch. I have been taking photographs with my Canon-ae 1 since I was fourteen, and I occasionally use cheap point and shoot cameras. I document the intimate world around me - the people who have flitted in and out of my life, as well as the sensuality of the urban and natural surroundings hosting these people.

I am also a writer. My photos are all public under my Facebook account under the name Kate Burkhardt...I am in the process of setting up a blog with photos as well as short pieces of writing. I use my camera as a sort of diary and I write poems and prose to accompany these photos. I am obsessed with both sexually and un-sexually fetishizing the disgusting moments of my life, as well as the beautiful ones.
