I am a student at Rutgers University studying Electrical and Computer Engineering. I first got interested into photography as I was often put in charge of photos on our family

vacations. Since being introduced to photography, I have grown to appreciate the unique beauty of the world that can only be captured in the world around us.

Looking to the future, I would like to develop my ability to convey and cause emotion through photography. I may not see myself going professional, but I want to be equipped to be able to capture everything around us at a moment's notice.

I would currently consider myself to be a novice in the complex world of photography. I do have some basic experience with both Lightroom and Photoshop, and shoot largely with a Nikon D7000. I hope that through this class and as the months and years pass by, I will continue to be able to invest time in honing and discovering new skills through prepping, taking and editing the shot.
