Mary Ann and I have been a husband/wife photography team since 1987, leading photo tours around the world. Our favorite locations include those areas we visit the most -- Brazil's Pantanal, East Africa, Svalbard, and India. We've photographed all 7 of the world's Big Cats four different times in a single year, and we've done 106 treks (each of us) for Mountain Gorillas in Rwanda -- the world record. In the past five years I've written 8 books, covering nocturnal wildlife, deadly creatures, camouflage, big cats, polar bears, penguins, mountain gorillas, and electronic flash and triggering devices. Recently we switched from Canon to Olympus micro 4/3rds, and we're extremely happy we did so. The size, weight, and quality of the gear is now making traveling, and hiking around, a heck of a lot easier.
