I'm a dermatologist by trade and a quilt designer by heart. I draw my inspiration from everything around me, especially common themes of humanity found in literature such as love, strength, and courage. As a former picture framer, I'm fascinated how the play of one fabric can bring out the texture, colors, or pattern of another. Quilting is the perfect medium for my creative side, mixing my love of fabric, story telling, and puzzles. Plus, it's a hobby that allows me to continually drive for self improvement.
