My name is Kirsten, I am a senior this year majoring in history and minoring in anthropology.

I have a Canon Rebel T3i DSLR camera with the standard lens it came with and a longer distance camera, both have image stabilization. I typically prefer to shoot with a manual focus rather than automatic. I find that when I have it on automatic, it doesn't always focus on what I want it to focus on. Also, the camera takes longer to capture the image.

I have very limited knowledge of Photoshop other than how to change color saturation/hues/warmth, that kind of stuff. Photoshop is what I am really looing to learn out of this course, as well as how to use my camera to its best potential.
