Hi there, welcome to my photostream.

I'm an amateur from the Netherlands who just loves photography. I mostly like travel photography and beautiful landscapes. Traveling in the western part of the USA in 2015 got me into photography. So many beautiful landscapes and the pictures make great memories. I also really enjoy looking at the great work of others. That can be really inspiring and frustrating at the same time (some of you make such great photographs!)

I started out with a Panasonic FZ1000, which is pretty amazing for the price. I really enjoyed that for a few years, but thought I could do more with a ILC camera so I changed to the Fujifilm X-t20 in 2018. That made me realize pretty quickly that the camera wasn't my limitation and that I've got to lean quite a bit. I'm enjoying it though and love the Fuji controls. As with most of us new gear is always tempting, so I couldn't say no to a Fujifilm X-H1 for a great price during the Covid period.
