I know it sounds cliché nowadays, but I really have been carrying a camera around for as long as I can remember. Every time we went on family trips, I would be in charge of the camera and video camera, capturing all the phone. The love of capturing moments and beautiful things started at an early age. I chose to pursue an Engineering degree in the beginning. I graduated with a Master’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering. Photography was a constant side project, during that time because it became my de-stress time away from the classroom. During college, I stoke exclusively to landscapes and nature shots because I was drawn to the hiking and exploring outdoors. I began branching out into actual areas of photography after I was asked to do a friend’s wedding. I was so nervous, but determined not to let her down. Since then, I have worked extensively in Rodeos, portraits, wildlife, and travel genres of photography. I try hard not to force myself into boxes and not do things because they seem hard, so I do try to broaden my experience and try new things on a regular basis. I draw inspiration from Ansel Adams, Bryan Peterson, and Charlie Hamilton James, to name a few.
