In reality Max Bruhn is an American industrial designer living and working in China. My artistic interests in photography started years ago when my four children arrived and a Rollei-Magic was purchased. My cameras and formats changed with the Leica M3 being the all-time favorite. I can see something beautiful in everything I see and the kids offered endless photos as they grew. A darkroom became essential and I enjoyed being creative in black and white or color. Fortunately or not my prized photos began collecting in 16 x 20 museum boxes, including Cibachrome’s. Hopefully I will be able to show these images here in the future.

Update: I have returned to the USA in July 2018 after 15 years in China and I continue with my design work.
