Greetings Flickr Members and Fans. Signed in to Pro but am far from professional. Born 70+ years ago in Kentucky, raised in Michigan and traveled with the U.S. Army for 29+ years. Now retired and residing in Oklahoma. Have been a fan of Photography from the age (approx.) of 10. Spent a few years working my hobby in military recreational darkroom settings processing only B/W prints. I am basically a point and shoot amateur. The only "processing" I do involve cropping in my HP computer or an occasional brightness or contrast edit in the Flickr Photo Editor. The edits will always be noted in the information box of the photo. Many Thanks to all who have supported my photostream and welcome to any new viewers.

I would guess that he even has put together a gallery or two of anything you might be interested in. John has a wonderful photostream. I am impressed that he seems to have time for everyone who is connected to him. John has made a real science out of his galleries. If you want to look at trains, country photos, boats, etc. there is a gallery there that you will like. I like John’s choices of photographs, but I also like that he limits his galleries to a smaller number of photos (about 100 or less) and then moves on to another edition of the same gallery. That way the viewer isn’t sifting through too many photos. I never seem to have time to look at too many pictures at once, and If I do, then I don’t remember where I left off. I really appreciate how easy John makes it for the viewer. John has so many interesting galleries and there is something to appeal to everyone. If you haven’t looked at John’s galleries, you are missing a real treat!
