My father showed me how to use his Leica IIIc and General Electric lightmeter about sixty years ago and I have been shooting ever since. New York is my home and hence the foreground and background for much of my photography. My preferences are towards analog (Leica and Rollei 35 and ...) and medium format (Alpa S/WA 12 and Hasselblad SWC and Rolleiflex and ...) but I do some work in digital (Leica M10-Monochrome and most recently Fuji 100S). When darkrooms were readily available I did a fair amount of printing, but have now moved to scanning, digital post-processing and digital-to-silver printing through DSI.
