FOR-CC is one of two modules of the ASEAN German Programme on Response to Climate Change in Agriculture and Forestry (GAP-CC) commissioned by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) that is implemented by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) in close cooperation with the ASEAN Secretariat (ASEC). FOR-CC provides capacity building to improve the cooperation of ASEAN member states on climate change-related key topics in agriculture and forestry.
