Thank you for taking the time to visit my page.
I first picked up a DSLR (canon 700d) when I retired 9 years ago (2016) when i was fortunate enough to retire on my 60th birthday. I've since upgraded to a Canon 5d iv and Canon R7. Whilst I do love waterfalls and sport , the lack of opportunities throughout Covid drove me to bird photography which I had never been interested in before and now a bit of a passion. I do love the opportunities photography throws up and enjoy looking at others photos for ideas and inspiration.
If you get half as much pleasure from taking photographs as I do..... then life is good.
Thanks for passing by, your interest is appreciated

Ian may still be looking for his "niche," but his search has produced some stellar results. His motorcycle photos are perfectly timed and well composed, they command one's interest. His nature and travel photos are excellent, pleasing to the eye and beautifully executed. And, I think he may have a hidden skill for people, he seems able to capture their personality in his photos. Visits to his page are always a treat.
