Im a general photographer with a passion for everything aviation.

Please don't point out what things are I photograph. Unless I purposely ask what something is please assume I know what it is. Ive been spotting aircraft all my life so even though I don't always put what they are I do know. I say this with the greatest respect as I don't do this to others.

I use 2 canon EOS1D's, a 1MkIIDN & 1MkIII but recently Ive discovered the ease and fun of using my Huwei P9 phone that has a leica dual lense. The effects you can get without too much buggering about is great fun.

So Ive moved into B&W & Macro to pass the time until airshow season comes around again.

All scale models I post are built by myself unless otherwise stated.

You may see on my German WW2 aircraft I do not sensor nor remove the swastika. I do Know how people feel about this symbol and to clarify I do not agree with nor condone the actions of the NSAPD but to try and be historically correct I feel these things should be shown and not hidden in order for people to remember and never forget.

I am also an amateur historian of both the world wars who is always learning, especially about the great war due to my Grandads involvement.

Although I am a mainly general photographer you will find that during the summer months (and some others) my feed will be full of aircraft.......But as my screen name suggests this is my passion.

So sorry to those who aren't aviation fans if there are a few aircraft but I intend to do other stuff in my 'down months'.

I am still learning and I do enjoy having a bit of fun both in my pictures and comments.
