Photography is my passion and not my job so I am free to capture any sort of image and I still can't decide which field I love best but I will always love nature and all animals. Lately I have experimented with a new passion in HDR photography and architecture. I love the feel it gives and reminds me of old book illustration. People often say it looks more like a painting and does not seem realistic yet when you are taking and processing the photos you realise it is very realistic yet we are used to the conventional photos.

I cut my teeth with slides (positives) photography and was once awarded "Practical Photography" magazines "Photographer of the year in 1990. When digital dawned my interest dwindled a little as the quality was missing but as it has caught up I am back with a passion. Now I am over 50 I look forward to spending as much time as possible in hunting down the next image.
