I originally joined Flickr just to share a picture of the rare and decreasing plant Venus's Comb or Shepherd's Needle (Scandix pecten-veneris) but I stayed and became Pro because I love looking at the community's images and they inspired me to start learning about photography myself. Plants are still my pet subject, but sometimes other things do catch my eye or the light and I enjoy group themes, challenges and projects that take me to the edge of and out of my comfort zone, as well as the inspiration of your images... it's probably not a coincidence that the image I am proudest of is my most liked, with a combination of all those factors!
