An amateur photographer, my main interest is wildlife. The photos I capture of wild creatures are made from the concealment of a blind or stand, and I do not pursue the animals to put stress on them. When wildlife feels pressured, it will leave the area and find a new home range. My roots in Sevier County, TN date to pre-Revolution, and one of my ancestors was a Captain Charles Walker in John Sevier's Militia. The farm my wife and I own has been in my Tarwater line for almost 200 years. On the Tarwater side, Jakob Tarwater arrived on the good ship Polly and served in the Pennsylvania Militia during the American Revolution. Jakob and his wife are buried on what was his farm in Neubert Springs community in Knox County, TN. Please take note, my photos, be they good or bad belong to me, they have a copyright mark on them.
