I have been a photographer since I was 8 years old... still learning almost 60 years later.

I've been lucky enough to travel a lot, for work or for holiday, and I love it.

I hike everywhere I can, specially where I find something looking like a mountain, and I love it.

I feel good when being in nature, and I love it.

When doing and feeling so, I make photos, and I love it.

So, overall my main focus is on landscape, nature and travel photography.

I tend to comment and caption photos in English, for easier understanding by everyone, but in certain circumstances I prefer to comment using the local language, typically French or Spanish.

Technically, I started with argentic B&W (for some time in the lab) and colour slides with a Minolta SRT303, before moving to digital relatively late.

For 15+ years I have been using mostly a Nikon reflex camera, except when I am hiking/travelling ultra-light, in which case I use a small Sony RX100-M7.

I like many kinds of photos, including those which I don't practice a lot, such as street photography or portrait.
