My name is Jim and I am an entrepreneur, adventurer, and verified expert on the open road. My wife, Amy, and I currently spend as much time as we can in our pheromonal motor home “The Big Cat” and spend our days enjoying the beauty of our great country. I will admit, I am a bit of a workaholic, which is why I decided to start my own company would only complement my current work as an engineer and Cad Cam Designer. Amy is also a hard worker and she has an Etsy shops all her own (WixWaxCandle). I am a lot of different things, but for me, it all comes back to the marriage of pavement and sky.
I am hungry for adventure.
I am eager to explore the national Highway system with the wind whipping through my hair and the sun glinting off my glasses.
I am a believer in Aliens, Bigfoot, and Sasquatch (but not that Lock Ness Monster nonsense).
I am an advocate for dog rescue and love Squatchy, my pup, with all my heart.
I am excited to share my passion for the open road with you.
When I was three years old, I can clearly remember my father for the very first time. We were in Yellowstone National Park and it was in that instant my love for the great outdoors and my father was crystallized in one sentinel memory. A lifetime of experiences on the open road later, and I’ve arrived at my present destination as an entrepreneur looking to help others cherish adventure. My company, US Highway, offers a selection of park and highway inspired decals, embroidery, and accessories. It’s my passion project and it allows me to bring my love of design together with all the memories I’ve made along the way.
