My principal interest is travelling, photography, literature, politics and all good things in life - e.g. cooking for my loved ones as well as pipe and cigar smoking. As a grandfather of four little kids I am a family man in the flesh. Besides, I love US and UK drama series.

Born and raised in Hamburg/Germany, then a couple of years working abroad (UAE and Puerto Rico), for the last eighteen years living in Cologne working as a selfemployed consultant.

I have been a Fuji photographer for the last five years, first X-E 1, then X-Pro 1 with a couple of lenses, additionally X 30 and X 100 T plus Rolleiflex T.

I love to look at the many wonderful images of other flickr users which is a constant source of inspiration!

Meine bevorzugten Interessen sind Reisen, Fotografie, Literatur, Politik und alles Schöne des Lebens - z.B. Kochen für meine Liebste, Kinder und Freunde sowie Pfeifenrauchen, als Großvater von vier kleinen Enkeln bin ich absoluter Familienmensch, Serienjunkie (US/UK) bin ich auch noch.
