I am a Snap Shooter. I love taking photos but don't take it serious enough to be a "photographer". Too many rules and too many things to consider. My 1st camera was a Kodak Starmite II that I got in 1962. I got my 1st SLR in 1969. It was a Praktica Super TL. I was so happy with it, I stayed with Prakticas until they stopped making them. I ended up with quite a collection of cameras and lens, mainly from Dresden, Germany. I now use a Sony a7 so I can use my vintage lens. At some point I will move up the Sony line and maybe buy an auto focus zoom. No rush and I like the results I am getting with the vintage lens. Most of the problems with my photos are operator error, not the camera.

I also use Olympus micro 4/3 cameras. I love their size and in body image stabilization. They have convinced my to move up the Sony line to get IBIS for my vintage lens collection. Which one? Time will tell.
