The photos shown here are a series of work for a large building in London; the building has a few apartments, an events space, offices and a conference room. The majority of the furniture, including the kitchens for this building, has been handmade by me with help from friends who share the same passion for wood.

The designs are largely my own, with the exception of the kitchens, which were made to architectural plans with my own design details, and the chairs which follow a ‘Nakashima’ design. He was an amazing woodworker and has been a big influence on all the furniture I make.

These pieces are primarily made out of English Walnut as well as Ash, Elm, Cedar and Oak. All wood used has been responsibly sourced and is all from Britain; a lot of the wood has come from trees that fell in storms.

Trees, their shapes and the surroundings in which they grow are the inspiration for my furniture. Care, love and attention goes into every aspect of the construction process. My pieces are built to last a lifetime.
