Hello all and welcome to my page! My name is Kayla and I am a freelance photographer from Houston, Texas.

I started my journey into the photography world my freshman year in high school and have been in love with taking photographs ever since. Now at the age of 22 I have accumulated a pretty large portfolio as well as quite a bit of experience under my belt.

In regards to black and white photography verses digital I have been asked if I perfer one medium over the other. Although this question is a little tough for me to answer I usually go toward digital now a days but I've always had a love for black and white photography. Also my lack of actually owning darkroom equipment has prevented me from pursuing black and white photography further. Which is a total shame because I LOVE the darkroom!

I also enjoy other mediums such as photomanipulation,visual journaling, and just plain old editing pictures.
