I am a 20-year resident of Tokyo, originally of Viking stock but with roots in other parts of Europe as well - Finland and Austria within the last 3 generations.

I have been a businessman here for most of that time - with a fun interlude as a cutting-edge business journalist and a wannabe internet entrepreneur. Raised two kids and still managed to have fun cycling, sailing, skiing, adventure racing and bar-hopping.
